überlab is part of the new House of Communication that consists of three separate buildings – Join, Heart and Lab – that are connected with each other via the iTrack on the first floor. The überlab boasts an atrium, which, thanks to the large windows in the roof, creates a light, bright and airy atmosphere. All features of the complex are geared towards integration, communication and the pooling of various disciplines, knowledge and expertise.
And where does the name überlab come from? It’s the combination of Serviceplan’s ÜberCreativity and the laboratory where innovations can develop.
In the überlab lounge on the ground floor of the building, the community can come together to communicate and collaborate. The reception is also the central hub for tenants and guests who use our conference spaces and attend the House of Communication’s events.
überlab is an open-plan workspace in Munich’s up-and-coming Werksviertel district. Embedded in the Serviceplan Group’s House of Communication, it offers ultra-modern office spaces and a variety of options and services for tenants, day guests and visitors.
Office Spaces
Over all five floors of the Lab building, überlab offers various office spaces – ranging from 235 m2 to 3,028 m2. There are also 70 co-working spaces complete with a virtual company address that are available for rent. What sets the building apart is its architecture, excellent catering, the panoramic views from the rooftop terraces reaching as far as the Alps to the Frauenkirche church and the many opportunities to interact with the other tenants and 40+ agencies of the Serviceplan Group.
Conference Spaces
Why don’t you and your team become part of our new working world and book one of our überlab conference spaces, along with extra services and catering? Meetings, events and conferences can also be booked in combination with food and drinks in the 22 conference spaces. WORKLAB, the largest conference space, offers room for up to 180 people. Every space is equipped with touchscreen monitors (50” – 86”) or large LED walls (up to 200”).
Events
überlab organises and offers events that can be attended by individuals or teams. The options include, for example, learning journeys, New Work and art-related guided tours and keynotes, making the überlab a place for interaction, experiences and inspiration.
And you can also hold your own event at the überlab: how about a sundowner on the rooftop terrace, complete with panoramic views of the skyline, from the Frauenkirche church to the peaks of the Alps?
