There are more than 1,000 m² of flexible co-working spaces available in the überlab. A total of 80 fixed desks can be booked on a monthly basis. All desks are height-adjustable and equipped with modern office chairs. Each tenant also has their own lockable locker.

Our activity-based working concept combines flexible working with a variety of inspiring places to relax and unwind. The offer for tenants also includes:

- Access to all conference spaces at a reduced price

- Access to the Cafeteria, Workcafé, bars and rooftop terrace 

- Central reception with service and mail management

- Parking spaces and parking management directly on site

- App management for booking and paying throughout the entire building
